it's raining. And not just passing clouds and scattered showers. The entire VI is covered in clouds and we're having a slow, steady rain. Not great for the tourists, and it doesn't look like I'll get my beach day -- but boy, we really need the rain.

It's funny, working at a resort... people get so bothered by a day of rain, but I have a hard time sympathizing with them. I love our rainy days. ANd so do the plants in my yard. And the cisterns! AND the pelicans come back to the tree outside my house when it gets green again. Rain rocks. 🙂
