National Park Service will not be allowed to destroy the Bioluminescent Bay in St. Croix. Thank you to all Senators who voted against destroying the Bioluminescent Bay!

I thought it was just an information hearing. No votes.

Nonetheless, it is nice to see senators concerned with the preserving the area when there are alternative sites that should have been and still should be considered. The opposition had their arguments in order and it was good to hear that Sanes and a team previously went to vieques to visit their bio bay.
