Hi there! I am looking for thrift stores or consigment stores on st thomas. I think I heard that there was a goodwill in town? I am aware of the humane society and re-use emporium. anywhere else?

Salvation Army in town near Market Square. Yes, there's a "Goodwill" in town on same street where Lottery executive offices are.
Depends on what you're looking for. The better items are sold at consignment stores or through Facebook.
There's also a Freecycle type Facebook page. May be more than one.
