Wanted to post this because new Samungs are launching... I spent 4 hrs trying to track a TMobile phone order pkg through UPS because UPS does VI deliveries ?!? .. I spoke to a local rep at one point she informed me that to USVI FedEx is now doing deliveries there is a handoff in PR ...... Shipment was "lost" but found out FedEx had it for a day.... PR customer service is clueless about this change.......
