Good morning,

Does anyone know who owns the land/have contact info for who owns the property that the Toad and Tart sits on?

Pretty sure Old Tart does since she owned the Toad and Tart!;)

My understanding is that the property has been already leased out for future development. The building itself is not structurally suitable for any business.

OT doesn't own the building or the land.
