Anyone have any experience with these folks? Do you know of any Topsider homes built on St. John or St. Thomas?

Polly, there are a quite afew of them on STX, some have been around 20+years. I am in the process of building a small house on STX and I 've really tried to get the "West Indian look. I think it's so elegant and appropriate to the culture and climate.
An Eagle nest home is being build near my area but the owner is off island . When I see them I'll ask him for info.

Did they say how much these topsider homes cost? My husband and I have been thinking of relocating to STT and with the dogs, i would rather own than rent.
