I recently applied to the University in St. Thomas. I was wondering how good the school is and is it hard to be accepted?

What are you considering for a major? I think in general UVI has a pretty good reputation. It isn't as difficult to get in as Harvard, if that is what you mean! 😉

Having just had a relative graduate, a comment: If you are coming from the states, you need to have your head screwed on right. Because this is the wild west in some ways, young people who are distractible can get lost. If you are focused and can get beyond the party atmosphere of the island (NOT the university), you can get a good education. IMHO.
