(CBOCs) Community Based outpatient Clinics, If your a veteran you don't have to leave your benefits for medical care on the mainland. St Croix and St Thomas both have a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (these clinics are part of the San Juan VAMC).

The same rules apply for registration, must have copy of your DD 214 etc. You can register in person or US Mail.
They have a pharmacy at all locations.

Thanks for the info Charles. Before I get down there permanently I am going to register up in Toledo with that office and then transfer all my information to the STX. This post gets me headed in the right direction
