This forum is about relocating to and living in the US Virgin Islands. Hopefully that clarifies since it's relevant to our community.

A great idea, maybe having the pound do low cost spay/neuters would help as well. Alot of dog accidentally get pregnant by getting out of yard or another dog getting in. Anywhere else in the states its like $35 at your local animal shelter. Just an additional thought.

There were 80 surrenders alone this week (since Saturday) at the animal shelter in st croix.
