So the governor has submitted his $1.2 billion dollar budget for Fiscal year 2011: http://virginislandsdailynews.com/news/senate-begins-hearings-on-1-2-billion-v-i-budget-1.870320 If there are 120,000 Virgin Islanders, how much does each one get? 😉
