in case you didn't know, there are (mostly) regular update to youtube showing V.I. local news from Channel 8.... I don't have TV, so I often check youtube for local news. right now they are running a week or two behind, but often they are pretty current....if you are planning to move down and want to get a feel for the local news station, this is a great chance to meet Wes the Best.....I search youtube for VI NEWS and usually narrow the search for a week or a month.....here's a sample:

At the end Wes says the thiefs stole the surveillance mother load. LOL

I wonder if he meant mother board or hard drive. The DVR of a camera system needs to be in a lockbox. That's rule #1
They cost about $200, bolt down, and have a built in cooling fan.
Unbelievable!! You catch em on tape but let them leave with the tape!!!

Wow! That was depressing. I did a search of Youtube for VI news channel 8 2010. I picked 3 at random and all three started like this.
