Are there any Veteran's organizations on STT of STX? Groups like the American Legion, VFW, AMVets, etc?

Just curious. 🙂

That's a good question. I haven't seen any, but that doesn't mean that they don't exist. Call the VA on STT at 340-774-6674. They might know.

i think the vet's organization on STJ is called the viggo sewer post. i know you didn't mention STJ in your query, but maybe this will help. i don't have any contact info for them. if you want to get in touch, maybe you could look them up on viphonebook.com

"Sewer" is a family name- sometimes capital letters are important! 😉

Thanks Celeste. I didn't mention STJ only because I figured there wouldn't be anything there (for such a small island). 🙂

sorry. being a soon-to-be st. johnian, it didn't occur to me that i should have capitalized at least the S in sewer. i thought anyone looking at it would understand that it was a last name. 🙂 😛

A-ha! I only had to wait for Veterans Day and read the VI Daily News. 🙂

Listed in the paper were an American Legion Patrick U. George Post 90 on STT.

On STJ...VFW Post No. 131, and American Legion Viggo E. Sewer Post 131.

Cool.
