I've seen the advertising for VIAC (VI Auto Club) and am wondering about their service. Basically I'm curious to know if the phone is always answered, if it's answered by a competent dispatcher, and also what is the turnaround time once a service call is placed. I'm thinking VIAC would be a valuable service if the service is good. Or are there other options?

Find yourself a good shop and mechanic, get his towing guys number. Don't use they guy with the pink tow truck.

I steer clear of Jimmy's by Pueblo in Long Bay...had nothing but trouble with that towing service.
