Does any know how much a flight from STX to Vieques is? We have to! experience the biobay when we are down for our PMV this summer. Or would it be easier to spend our last night there? (we have to go through San Juan anyway to get back)
Has anyone been to the biobay? It seems absolutely incredible! They say photos don't do it justice. I have read there is some luminescence in the USVI but nothing like Vieques.

I do not know how much a flight from St. Croix to Vieques is, but Cape Air and Vieques Air Link both fly direct between the two islands. Do an internet search and look up their phone numbers and give both of them a call. It might be easier to just spend your last night there, but I don't know for sure.
