Has anyone ever heard of Villa Camelot in St. Croix? We have friends visiting from the states and their parents used to own Villa Camelot. We are trying to find the property while they are visiting. Camelot was built in the early 70's and think Canaan Ridge and Mt. Eagle sound familiar. They remember a south short view with Frederiksted and the refinery in the distance. Any information would greatly be appreciated.

There is a good chance that the villa they remember may have been damaged/destroyed by hurricane Hugo in 1989. Lots of the villas from the 1970's no longer exist as they used to be. Some may have been rebuilt since then, but don't necessarily have the same name as their original owner gave them. There are some villas up in the Canaan Ridge area. Take them for a drive and perhaps they will see something they recognize that can help them zero in on the location they are seeking.
