Anyone know where this new place to stay in Stx is? What does it overlook ? I don't think it is on the beach or near the beach. Just heard about it being a new place to stay on island.

It's on 79 between 75/Northside Drive and Sunny Isle, closer to Northside. Can't really tell from the road, but it probably has a nice view looking toward St. Thomas. The front lawn is really attractive.
