We could use some rain.

Very concerned about the amount of rain expected and the overflow of trash in the containers at East End STX trash site.

We've begun to have the anticipated rain here in STT.
If it's not too late, Buck, you could try calling Wasteful Mismanagement Authority. Tho on a Saturday, you might not get a hold of anyone.
Or possibly try VITEMA.
