I took a dead tv to VIWMA this morning for disposal. I was expecting somewhat of a hassle, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I was met at the car by a rather personable young man. He took the tv out of the car and put it on a cart inside the building. He had me put my name and list that I had brought one tv on a form they had, and that was it. I would have been out is less than a minute had I not stopped to chat with him. (I'm wont to do that more often that probably I should). All in all, a very pleasant experience with a VI government agency.
