Hmmm, so far the things I can't get in STT are either not available online from Walmart, or they're cheaper here. !!

I like Klass horchata so I can drink milk. It's an in-store only purchase.

I like Old Bay's Salmon Cake mix. Cheaper here than Walmart. Going tomorrow to buy all they have at a store on STT. Love that mix, and I want to have a supply that will last me a while.

I get my unscented, roll on deodorant from my Avon rep, because it was soooo much.cheaper than other online sources

when walmart does ship, the things i can get there are cheaper than any place i can find it on stx.
toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, cereal, coffee etc.

i also like drugstore.com for personal items and petco. for cat items-much cheaper

Bought chicken broth yesterday ay CUL. Cheaper at CUL than Wal-Mart. The cereal I like is cheaper at Wal-Mart, but not by a whopping amount. Let me check UHT milk...

Any more info on shipping dog food to VI? I can no longer ship direct and don't know if VI Cargo will be too expensive to ship dog food. Any help appreciated.

petfooddirect.com for dog food. They always have great discounts which basically compensates for the shipping cost. I have to use "VA" as the state code, but it works! I get a monthly shipment of 60+ lbs of food and it costs maybe 5-10 dollars more than it would if I bought it petsmart in the states (I get Blue Buffalo for the dogs and cats).

Attempted to reorder. This is the message I got. Apparently, we are no longer able to order. 🙁 Due to some restrictions, this item cannot be shipped to address you have selected. Please remove this item from your cart or ship to an address in a different city.

I was just at the post office, and ran into a lady who was picking up a Walmart package, I asked her if she had been having problems ordering, she said she just ordered this this week, dog food, no problems at all.

I have tried several times over the past two weeks or so, and cannot do it?

Could it be to do with the address somehow?

My address is a mailbox down the street, it just states a number and street, no PO box....

My USPS address is just a number and a street too...just tried to order some cat food and Glade scented oil candles from Walmart.com. No luck. Same message as Bratt. Perhaps we are out of luck.

How about a petiton to request they ship to the VI and PO boxes?
They are bound to be losing business by not offering us the opportunity to purchase their products.
No CFO want's that scenario.

I tried to place a simple order (toilet paper, ink cartridges and a book for a student) today - The book and toilet paper would not ship for the same reason that Bratt listed. I'm a bit confused why the book couldn't be shipped here, because I've always been able to have students pick out books and have them shipped here.

I heard that a local senator was trying to stop Walmart from shipping here so we had to buy local - does anyone know if this is true?

I emailed them yesterday, asking what the problem was.

reply:

"We sincerely apologize that the checkout of our website was not available during your visit to Walmart.com. We strive to provide our customers with the best online experience possible; with that in mind, please be assured that we are working as quickly as possible to get that section of the site resolved. Please continue to check periodically for resumed functionality."

So it sounds as things will return to normal eventually...

Picaflores, same bull I got last week. I am sad to say, it looks like our love affair with Wally might be over.
