This is a public service announcement to those STXers who complain about crap customer service: if you want friendly service, bring your kid or a friend's kid into the store with you. When I bring my kiddos with me to a store that frown does indeed turn upside down, and thus commences better service and random conversation than I was accustomed to in the states. End PSA.
