There's no shortage of homes that match your description on St. Croix. Its a buyers and renters market.

On STX. Although there are a lot of 4 bedroom homes for sale on STX, only 3 are listed on MLS for rent.

Contact a STX Realtor to see if they can help with your search as sometimes agents will have pocket listing not on MLS.
You can also try the STX Island Trader or Craig's list.
When are you moving to island?
