WAPA - Commercial User vs Large Power User

Does anyone know what differentiates a "Commercial User" from a "Large Power User" in WAPA's eyes?

Looking at the rate schedule, it would seem a Large Power User pays much more than a Commercial User.

Whats the cut off point when a Commercial User enters the level of usage to be considered a Large Power User?

How can a Large Power User who no longer uses that much power be reclassified as a Commercial User?

I'd be grateful if anyone can help with these questions!

Best answer is to either physically go down to WAPA or call them and speak to one of the customer service representatives.
