is this true........saw a article in Avis ........does anyone have a bill without a leac charge?
I believe the big news was that, because of a lack of quorum, the Leac would be reduced by 1 cent on electric for the next three months. But, perhaps the OP will start a ground-swell movement and for lack of a quorum at the next meeting the Leac will be removed completely.
