Will see how long it stays off!
From what I can see it's pretty widespread. The homes I can see Peterborg have power but many are large that are probably running on generator as I am. Everything else is dark.

Mine just came back on as well.
Short but pretty widespread if even Wintberg was off!
Just a reminder that you never know with WAPA!
