Hello,

I have a couple questions:

Does anyone have any idea the approx. value of undeveloped waterfront property in the Red Hook/East End area? The property would be used for a business, not a residence.

Can anyone recommend a good realtor that can locate available waterfront property (for sale or for lease) in Red Hook/East End?

Thanks so much for your help,
Farley

Farley: You might want to read up on the goings on in the east end. Read through the archives of the Source (www.onepaper.com) and the Daily News (www.virginislandsdailynews.com) about Lindquist and Vessup beaches.
