Hello All,

This is Teresa writing. I can't remember my password and can't get to my email, so I am using my husband's.

We are staying with family and now all we have to do is get our truck shipped and hop on a plane. Hopefully Earl lets us stay on track. I am building up energy for the unpacking part of this whole event. Right now I am in the deep south of Mississippi sipping the best Margaritas you can get, scratching a few mesquito bites and relaxing before our trip to STT. For all you moving and grooving folks out there, the packing is the worst. At this point, if I can get my family to STT safe and sound, I will be more than happy. The truck and all our belongings are second.

We are staying on top of the info about Hurricanes and storms. Thanks for all the great websites. The underground one is key.

The kids are excited and can't wait. I am excited and nervous. We already have friends and family buying plane tickets to visit, so I hope to be unpacked by the end of hurricane season.

Our story will soon be on the board. Just can't seem to get it all together just yet and of course it hasn't all happened yet. Well since this post doesn't have a point, I will quit now. I can't wait to meet you all in person at the next get together!!!

Teresa

I wish I was in your shoes right now - we're leaving Sept 1st and have only begun with the sorting, throwing out, storing, shipping process! Our first yard sale is Saturday! =) Good luck!! Hope to see you there!

PS I responded in another post of yours about a great place on St Thomas to donate anything you might have overpacked. ( http://www.humanesocietyofstthomas.com/)

Good luck, teresa & family! It sounds like an exciting (but exhausting) time. Looking forward to reading more about your move.
