What are they building in Smith Bay?

I was driving to Redhook from Mandal and I noticed some construction on the hill in Smith Bay right after the Wyndham Sugar Bay resort.
It was on the right hand side of the road up on the hill. Does anyone know what is going on up there? I couldn't tell from where I was and I didn't have time to stop and snoop. It looks really big and they were clearing alot of area.

Thanks,
Amanda

There was something in the paper recently about a large condo complex (216 units, 5 buildings) being planned for that area but I thought it was on the water side of the road. Don't know if it has broken ground yet, either.

I gathered from the article that you are right about it being on the water side of the road. I didnt notice the article last week so im glad you pointed it out. I hope they dont build all those units, and six stories at that!
I used Google Earth to look at the area and I see something going on over on the other side of the road.
It looks BIG too!
Anybody have an idea what it is?
Im going to bed!
Good night
Amanda
