What banks have the best interest rates?

On Savings or CD accounts.
Our local banks offerings seem pretty pathetic.

Any ideas?

Usually Credit Unions have the best rates right now! All banks offer next to nothing.

banks have not had good rates on savings or cd's in at least 13 years

I've noticed, hence the question!
I do remember way better rates but those days are gone!

When banks have relatively low interest rates for loans, the interest rates they pay on CD's & savings accounts is also relative low.
