What's your typical STT day like?

Thanks Global and others for your insights. I know life is life no matter where you live, and I really think that I dont have "vacation goggles" as someone said earlier. I'm not even moving for the island atmosphere; my husband has a job offer there and I'm trying to make an educated decision about it. We live in Orlando,Fl currently and rarely go to Disney or Universal, so I get it that you dont necessarily do the touristy thing in a touristy area (but we do make time for fun stuff like the beach, canoing, overnights in hotels locally, etc).
Anyways, I appreciate everyone for taking the time to write their "typical day" insights. Helps alot.
Carol

HAHA Wasame, it's funny. I'm in the process of moving from the VI to Orlando. Funny how the turn-around works, huh?

My typical day was basically running errands. I tried to make it Downtown a few times a week to get my mail just not on days with a lot of ships in. I know that having a box there wasn't the most convenient but it was easier at the time and didn't want to change addresses again. I didn't go to the beach much but when my boyfriend had a day off or got off early enough we would try to go to Secret Harbor to snorkel. We went to the movies and to the laundromat at least once a week. We liked to go out to some of the restaurants regularly or go play machines once in awhile. I wasn't one to be at bars often but we went every once in awhile.

Yeah, that is funny, Morna. Welcome to Orlando. I've lived here a long time so can answer any questions you have.
