Where to find cheap, reliable used cars on St. Croix

All I can say is do not look at the pretty, shiny cars at the gas station near Sion Farm. They look good and are all cleaned up, but they are cars that were totaled out in the US and shipped here. Also do not buy anything from 5 corners used autos. Those cars are the ones that were too bad for the real dealers to sell.

A good choice: find a private seller, perhaps one who is headed back stateside, and then get the car checked out by a reliable mechanic before dropping any money.
