To my Republican friends out there...who do you think will win the nomination? I know politics and religion are taboo...but since this forum has beat the hell out of religion what have I got to loose. My opinion is all of them have a taste of dirty dish water but I think Ron Paul maybe a sleeper and nudge the other two (newt, and the other guy) out.Ron Paul may have just enough appeal to get the tea party and middle American votes he needs. If Cain could have kept it zipped up I would have loved to vote for him.He would have split the black vote and I think easily whooped the other brother,,What say you............8-)

Sallyf....Black people by a very large majority vote Democratic.ie.. the black vote. They would finally be given the choice of two black candidates to choose from.I believe a good amount of them would swing to the republican candidate if he was black. If you add that factor in the numbers would favor the Republicans.Usually 43% vote Dems and 43% vot Republicans ...Take 10% away from Dems and Repubs win.

I agree that Cain had a shot.On the Letterman show tonight they had a background picture of Doctors with a written transparent statement over the picture that said Ron Paul is not capable of having sex. That might give him a shot for the nomination or if that doesn't. work maybe a shot of Vitamin K will help for the sex. Oh, I like Ron Paul smart man understands how things work and what should be changed.(Tu)

Doesn't matter. None of the candidates the Republicans are considering are capable of beating the incumbent, even an incumbent with problems. The one who might have a chance, Huntsman can't get the nomination.
