So I got my transfer to STX. WOOHOO! now I'm lucky enough to have a friend who let me stay at their place for the past 4 weeks. I had to take a lower level job and I'm still paying my bills in Baltimore for the custom house I built 7 years ago as my wife is working on selling it (see link to house listing: http://www.homesbyowner.com/39613). I am looking for an apartment for a few months in exchange for repairs, maintenance and/or property management.
