Hi Greggts,

There are several threads regarding gyms that might be of interest to you. Use the search feature at the top of the board and search by subject for "gyms." If you want to see additional threads, you might also try doing a search for "health clubs" or "fitness centers." If you still have unanswered questions, then do please feel free to come back and ask.

Some of the threads regarding gyms might mention rates, but if you want specific and up-to-date information here is a link to the local phone book:

Best,
🙂 Mell

http://www.americasparadisegym.com is pretty nice and there are two locations (maybe 3) in st. thomas. General costs are about 60 per month. I go to the Nisky Gym - I like it.

Hello greggts,

Yes there are a few. Average fees, $50-$65 a month. You pay more if you want to go month to month. Most have 4 month, 6 month, 1 year plans and you get better prices going that route.

We had a membership to the Fitness Club at the Antilles school. I liked it a lot, but my husband used it more. 🙂 You could buy day passes, weekly, monthly, yearly memberships. I can't remember the name of it and it wasn't under Antilles in the White pages. Paradise is bigger and they have a couple of locations so you might find them easier to go too. The Paradise family are very nice people. Their kids went to school with mine (public school, but they do have quite a few kids).
