We may be moving to STT and I was wondering
Is there some commercial space with a small shop in a safe area for rent on STT or near by islands where I can park my 28 foot sailboat and tools to continue building her? Any suggestions?

I would check into any suitable looking places in Sub Base - and explore that area as there are many small lots that might work well with a small vessel and shop space.
Finding shop space at any of the boatyards may be possible but likely to be costly since it can be commercial space.
Are you planning to visit ahead of the move or be here much before the boat arrives?
As long as you can step the mast at launch moving it on a trailer should not be difficult.

Thanks for the info. Currently the boat is a hull that can be placed on a trailer. There is no rig yet so mast stepping is not an issue. We will be making a visit before we make the move so I will investigate as much as possible then.
