Check out the Island Trader on line, as that will give you the best idea of what places are going for, in which areas.

As for a downside...sure, every place has a downside, but ours is small. For example, some things we can't get here, so we have to order from the internet and have them shipped in, or have friends mail them from the States. We have silly government (who doesn't?). Our only industry is tourism, so, of course, we have tons of tourists, and they can be trying if you deal with them directly. Our electricity may stay on for a whole month, or it might go off several times in a day...never can tell. Same with phone, cable, internet, etc. Just little annoyances like that. But, all in all, living here is great! I've been here for 8 1/2 years and I've never considered moving from here.

To add Noreena,
I believe that the website administrators have provided all the information you seek at this link:
https://www.vimovingcenter.com/apartments_houses/

Also, look around the site, you will see several moving stories from people who have moved here. They offer first-hand experience and may provide some guidance.

Good luck!
