The World Cup is starting soon. Does anyone have good recommendations for places to watch it? Games will begin Friday, and the US-England match is Saturday afternoon at 2:30.

Versus channel is on Dishnetwork.
I beleive they will carry World Cup and Tour de France.
If you don't have Dish I suppose Sharky's is your best bet on STX.

I also heard that Brew Pub will play every game possible. MMmmMmm honey wheat ale at 7:30 AM

All games are either on ESPN / ESPN2 and a few on ABC (like Saturday's ENG/USA match).
I'm going to be relying heavily on friends with DVR's for the morning games due to this inconvenient thing called a job. Probably be cutting out early most days to catch the afternoon games. Haven't chosen a good venue (in/near C-sted) yet so let's find a place!

I'm in F'sted, but it looks like I'll be heading over to Brew Pub for Saturday's games. Not sure what I'll do in the afternoons- other than go crazy at work.

The first TV I remember us having had a 7" or 9" screen and lots of tubes!!! My how times have changed!!
