I've no argument with the content of the suit but get a hugely ironic chuckle that the plaintiff in the suit avoided prosecution after shooting in the back and killing his own son, looting after hurricane Hugo and so much more. Pot, kettle, black.

The FBI investigated. I guess his son's previous psych and criminal history and rumors of complicity in multiple murders helped his father "avoid prosecution".
