NO! Public school kids and at least one private school did not have milk provided at lunch time for children for several weeks prior to the school holiday. In it's place, sugary juice. I know why but really? Hoping after Easter break our children have milk served with their lunch. Not so much to ask of STX!

If they have milk, they'll be lucky if it is not the powered stuff. Yuck!

I actually found an posted this article because I had heard the same thing from other sources. If you read "The Ancestors Tale" one of the chapters talks about food allergies that have evolved in whole segments of the population. Lactose intolerance is one of the most common allergies. Some ethnic groups can't drink milk. Cows milk was evolved to be drunk by calves. Human babies were meant to drink human milk. There are better ways to get calcium than from milk. Baby formula is better for you than cows milk.
