WASHINGTON -- The Obama administration's top trade official angered some House Democrats last month by privately backtracking from public vows to ensure strong environmental protections in a major trade pact, according to several attendees of a Jan. 28 congressional meeting with U.S. Trade Representative Michael Froman.

Your kidding right, I thought Dems believed Obama was the "Chosen one" and willing to give away the store on a wink and a grin.

No, that is what I'm observing. Dems had it made after Bush, control of both houses, they could have elected a monkey to run the White House and they would have been happy. But nooooo, they just couldn't resist the over reach and power grab.

"The greater the power, the more dangerous the abuse."

EDMUND BURKE, speech on the Middlesex Elections, 1771

I don't think you will see those planets realign again any time soon after this ultimate display of power and abuse.

Haven't watched TV since 2006.

occasionally I get clips from Fox, CNN, MSNBC etc on youtube or something.. but those just serve to remind me that I don't need a forced "divide and conquer" perspective from professional talking heads.

I've borrowed my cousin's login to Netflix, and every single movie I search for they don't have. I guess I have unusual taste.
