Desperate times call for desperate measures! When I posted the same article, it was meant to be tongue in cheek humor. I agree there must be a better way to solve the problem but when all else fails, civil disobedience usually gets someone's attention. Maybe just spray painting disparaging comments about whoever is in charge of pot hole repairs would work just as well. Just get the damn craters fixed!
