Every day we have to deal with bad business transactions, on and off line. Nothing new there...but

I was angry at the the credit reporting agency. Why should they have so much power? They screwed up by using incorrect credit information without investigating it's legitimacy. That is wrong on many levels. It appears as though they have no liability for their irresponsible actions.

Credit reporting agencies are very powerful. We must require that they verify and back up the data that they use to evaluate you and me every day.

As a disclaimer, I have never had a problem with the credit reporters, but I know people who had their lives destroyed by bad credit reporting.

Because we give it to them. Just like WAPA. They know 99% of the population will bend over and let them screw them. The other 1% has to suffer because of it.

Kinda like the bond rating agencies that rated mortgage backed securities as AAA just before the market for them took a big dump. They knew...as did JPMorgan Chase and others.
