It's good for fungal infections but dilute it with alcohol because straight it burns. I've used it on reef rash with success. Google for the complete list. I think I got my last one at Health Concious on Hess Rd. I ' ve also used in tea for bronchial infections. I hope you aren't ill.

Garlic has worked for me with a cough that turned into a bacterial cough. It can serve as an antibiotic but has to be taken properly. Must be fresh, finely chopped or grated., let sit sit for about 10 minutes and gulp down with a shot of juice. I swear it works. I was skeptical but apparently it has some antibiotic effect and there is research to back it up. Cooked garlic or garlic pills will not work the same.

You can probably make it yourself or order online, if you can find company to ship to VI.
Just Google it and you'll find tons of links.

Try taking a tablespoon of local honey everyday. The pollen from bees from this island should help the allergies.
