we could also talk about the shooting death at the st croix usvi campus this weekend. what ever happened to the lady who disembarked from the ferry never to be seen again? What about troys killing, did they ever find his killers

Get this.... When of his buddies a the gym was talking about the suprising carnage at the race, The bomber commented ,"bad stuff can happen everywhere".
Sounds alot like the comments employed to dismiss crime the VI.
