This thread on another forum seems to have quite a bit of interest - Can the National Park Service have such little oversight?

Hard to believe that they cannot enforce the oversight for National Park land on National Park land.
However, this being the VI........................hmmmnnn! Money talks?
Look at the Zipline Appeal that was dismissed by Land Use Board of Appeals!
