Seems everything is late this month. Wapa bills, lack of forms at BIR, all the usual.

To cap off the month, today in the mail for work we get our Waste Management bill. Dated 12/31/2012. Mailed January 28th 2013. I'm sure I'll get one next week telling us we are 30 days late too!

Don't stop the carnival. 😎

Hey, no problem, Mon!
Many years ago, they found a lost container of mail that had sat in PR's Post Office yard that had been undelivered for a few years.
Life in de tropics!
