It is a Large studio style apartment, full kitchen, bathroom. full covered porch with view of magens bay/east of magens
Fully furnished - + pots, dishware, TV, etc
No AC, just screen doors, windows and two big ceiling fans.
$800 a month
$800 for security deposit
