Looking for the right couple or person to rent our 1 bd furnished apartment right above Sapphire Beach (on the beach side of Smith Bay Road right above Crystal Cove). $1250/month plus utilities for a long term lease. Includes cable TV, wireless internet, and gas to cook on. You pay electric and water which are metered. Has pool and laundry. The property is in a gated community and the apartment is also gated.. Most times there is a great breeze but the bedroom, which has a king size bed, has AC. Kitchen and Living room. Home has hurricane shutters.
Great unbeatable views from your balcony of St. John, BVI and Sapphire Beach (which is a 5 min walk down our private road).
Available around the end of July.
