Great unit available at St. C's. This large, 1-BDR condo comes well furnished and equipped, including Queen 4-poster bedroom set with pillow top mattress, 32" flat screen, plush living room furnishings, pub height dining table, china cabinet, desk armoire cabinet, brand new stackable washer/dryer, and so much more. This is a unit I personally own and furnished for my own use. No hotel style furnishings.

The condo is on the ground floor of the waterfront building, so has a grassy back yard out the sliders on the ocean side for great access to have dinner or cocktails by the water while enjoying the view across Christiansted harbor. The breeze is to die for.

Long-term lease rate is negotiable for well-qualified tenant(s). Asking rate is $1300 per month plus WAPA. Included utilities and amenities are: cable tv with HBO, water, pest control, gated security entrance and roving security guards, garbage picked up from front patio twice each week, swimming pool, lawns maintained, etc. The unit is wired for Broadband VI and the tenant can easily set up an account using the available equipment. WAPA rate typically runs between $85-$115 per month.

Current tenants plan to vacate soon and a move-in date for a new tenant can be negotiated for the convenience of all parties. Unit can be shown with 1-2 days notice.

Call if you have any questions or would like to set up a time to tour!

still available and now that I'm on-island for the next 3 weeks, it's easy to show. Anyone know someone seeking a large 1-BDR unit for occupancy sometime between now and early September? This could be the perfect place for them. I loved living there.

I have someone interested, but it's not spoken for just yet. Anyone need a nice 1-BDR condo sometime in the next 2-3 months?
