Hello there again. I hope all of you are well. I just had an apartment open up...will be ready to rent from August 15th-Dec. 15th, possibly beyond. I am asking only $250 per month as I would like to barter the rent for someone who has skills in interior/exterior painting. The apartment is located in Welcome, about 1 mile east of Christiansted. One bedroom, queen sized bed, bureau, LR w/ kitchenette, bathroom and patio. Normally rents for $750 per month. Would like to negotiate a number of hours per month, based on skill level, to determine the amount of exchange for rent.
Materials will be provided. Non-smoking (inside....outside okay). NO pets. Seeking an adult who is on the quiet side. Loud, drunken behavior not acceptable (problem with this before......).

Could be ideal for someone in transition from off-island. Hours would be between 25 and 30 per month, so it will allow for other job search, other work etc.
