Very spacious, fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment available immediately. Just pay your security deposit and last month rent, move in today, and the first month rent is due Jan. 1. $900 per month, based on a one year lease. Shorter terms available, at a bit higher rate.
Great location , 3 miles west of downtown Christiansted, very convenient to Sunny Isle, hospital, north shore beaches, restaurants and so much more.
Open living/dining/kitchen area, A/C in bedroom, ceiling fans, lots of windows and a large covered gallery (great place for a hammock). Queen sleeper sofa in living room to accommodate guests.
Electric and water are additional but already on, so no extra fees. Rent does include Dish Satellite TV and wireless Internet, as well as garbage removal and pest control. That's over $200 in extras, if you were paying individually.
Coin laundry in building and plenty of parking.
Pet friendly, with a few exceptions.
